As an Associate Account Manager, you'll provide administrative support for an assigned sales & account team while also being responsible for managing the day-to-day tactical execution of assigned accounts Portable Programs. As this position is entry level within Account Management, it is designed to create a foundation in the Exhibit Industry and Account Management experience. The Associate Account Manager role comes with unique opportunities and set of responsibilities, and set up the right candidate for success in this growing industry!  Associate Account Manager Responsibilities 

  • Directly manages client Portable workload and operates in a supporting role to additional account team leader on assigned account(s).
  • Participates in weekly client status meetings, maintains and manages account organizational tools to reach charge out goals
  • Proactively supports the planning/design/production process. This includes partnering with account team leads and/or clients to drive clarity in sales/marketing objectives, documenting functional and aesthetic needs, defining project and program budgets, setting realistic turnaround times, and holding all internal and external stakeholders accountable to key production deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal Logistics / Portable Programs team to evaluate client program needs and handle client commitments, demands, and support.
  • Supports the invoicing and accounts receivable process including managing change orders, budget to actual variance reporting, show service reconciliation and final invoice review
  • Ensure payment of all outstanding invoices as shown on the Accounts Receivable report and work to resolve any issues to ensure payment of the invoice within agreed upon terms
  • Attends all internal account management, design, production, and invoicing meetings when applicable
  • Supports the account team lead in annual and mid-year sales forecasts based on historical information, current prospects and knowledge of future account activity relating to client Portable needs.
  • Accountable for providing and managing updates to a team residing in various work locations.
  • Travel to assigned client shows and events as needed by Account Director.

Requirements

Associate Account Manager Requirements & Qualifications 

  • Must have strong organizational skills to navigate several project, meetings, and deliverable deadlines at once; proven ability to work independently and take direction from multiple people with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office applications; proven ability in report generation and data mining.
  • Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to travel and support field installations is a must.

Salary and Benefits Information

  • Salary Range: $48,000.00 to $66,000.00 Annually.
