Associate Attorney

Clausen Miller P.C., a national insurance defense law firm, is seeking a driven Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Florida team. Successful candidates should have 2-4 years of experience handling complex first party property defense matters for both admitted and surplus lines carriers. The candidate should possess the attention to detail required for thorough review of large and complicated files and be committed to providing excellent client service. They must be open to mentorship and comfortable working closely with a supervising partner. Coverage and pre-suit experience would be an added bonus. 

Florida Bar license required. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a solid work ethic. The position is remote, with the option to work in a hybrid model from one of our offices in Tampa or Boca Raton. Competitive salary and benefits package provided.
