This position is a hybrid role, with employees working onsite three days per week, and two days from home.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our Boston team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain bench and trial experience in civil litigation defense.

Practice Areas Include:

• Construction
• General Liability & Premises Liability Defense
• Medical Malpractice Defense (including Long-Term Care Facilities)
• Products Liability
• Professional Liability
• Trucking & Vehicular Liability Defense
  

• Admitted to practice law in the State of Massachusetts
• Minimum of one (1) year of litigation experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Interest in gaining hands-on trial and courtroom experience
