Small Boutique Firm seeks Associate attorney with 1+ year litigation experience, but willing to train the right recently barred candidate. Our firm is a small boutique firm specializing in Workers’ Compensation, Employment Law and Personal Injury. The position is for the employment and PI practice. Excellent communication, research, written, and analytical skills are a must. Associate will be responsible for propounding and responding to discovery, drafting complaints, drafting demand letters, and possibly law and motion writing. Medical, dental, and vision, and life insurance beginning the first day. Base Salary plus Bonus Structure.
