We are a busy Houston based consumer law firm seeking a full time associate attorney with litigation experience for our Edinburg office.

The ideal candidate should be interested in all aspects of Civil Litigation from pre-suit demands to post-judgement collections and appeals, including drafting demand letters, case summary, depositions, discovery, hearings, trials, and client contact.

****JURISPRUDENCE DOCTORATE REQUIRED****
***TEXAS BAR LICENSE REQUIRED***

Job duties include:

* Attending Hearings

* Attending/Taking/Defending Depositions

*Attending Mediations

* Drafting Motions and Responses to Motions

* Reviewing and approving discovery

* Research & Briefing as needed

* Attending Trial

* Drafting demand letters

* Communicate with clients

Position is an in-office position.
