• Florida Bar License is required, but this position is open to those with both limited and extensive experience. New attorneys are welcome as we are willing to train you, and experienced attorneys can be trained for litigation.

JOB DUTIES:

• Managing the day-to day handling of a full case load with pre-suit and litigation files
  


• Manage and provide training as needed to support staff


• Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum


• Outstanding negotiation, communication and presentation skills


• Screen potential clients


• Investigating claims and gather evidence


• Documenting injuries and expenses


• Calculating damages


• Interviewing witnesses


• Reviewing medical documents


• Representing client through trial


• Counseling clients throughout the entire claims process


• Attending and Preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings and court appearances.

• Tampa, Florida


• Full Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday)

START DATE: ASAP

PAY: based on suitability
