Associate Attorney

About the Role
We are a multi-office, well-established firm with a strong presence in both residential and commercial real estate. Our Midtown Atlanta office is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of real estate law experience. This role offers high visibility, opportunities for leadership, and meaningful work with a diverse and collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct residential real estate closings
• Draft legal documents and review title and survey materials
• Work with paralegals and attorneys to resolve real estate issues
• Manage wire transfers and escrow account reconciliations
• Represent the firm at industry networking events
• Travel locally to support closings in other offices when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of real  estate law experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with public speaking and networking
• Team-oriented with leadership potential
• Willing to attend occasional evening and weekend events
