Associate Attorney

Job Description

• Handle a mix of transactional and advisory legal work across business, real estate, and estate planning matters
• Lead client consultations and deliver legal solutions tailored to business owners and families
• Collaborate with colleagues in a low-drama, high-performance team environment
• Maintain a 1,400 annual billable hour target
• Engage in mentoring and continuous development within the firm

Qualifications

• Active Montana State Bar License
• No experience required; legal experience in business law, estate planning, or real estate preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of client matters
• Desire to grow long-term with a collaborative and well-supported team
