Associate Attorney

Global Law firm has a need for a Mid level Associate in Las Vegas. They offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. The Corporate Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from variety of industries across the country.

The ideal candidate will be based in Las Vegas and have a two to eight years of significant experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, venture capital, and angel investments. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential.

Candidates must be admitted to the Nevada Bar.
