About the Role

Beal Law Firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a minimum of three (3) years of Texas Family Law experience. This role is designed for a motivated, self-directed attorney who can manage cases with confidence while working within a highly organized, process-driven environment.

This is a hybrid / remote position, offering flexibility while maintaining integration with the firm’s workflows, standards, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Texas Family Law matters including divorce, custody, support, modification, and enforcement cases


• Conduct client consultations and strategy discussions


• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement documents, and legal correspondence


• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials as needed


• Communicate professionally and consistently with clients


• Work within the firm’s case management and documentation systems


• Maintain accuracy, organization, and timeliness across assigned matters


• Collaborate with firm attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case progression
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing


• Minimum 3 years of Texas Family Law experience required


• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills


• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple active cases


• Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently


• Courtroom experience preferred
