  • Join a stable, growing practice with long-term client relationships and a steady flow of interesting matters
  • Work in beautiful St. George with a team that values professionalism, training, and doing things the right way

  • Draft and negotiate real estate-related agreements and legal documents tied to association and property matters
  • Manage litigation tasks as needed, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediation prep, and court appearances
  • Perform legal research and write clear, persuasive briefs and client-facing guidance
  • Communicate confidently with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other stakeholders
  • Stay current on Utah developments impacting real estate, community associations, and related civil litigation issues

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Utah Bar license, in good standing
  • 2+ years of experience in community association (HOA) law or real estate law
  • Strong writing and issue-spotting skills with the ability to explain complex rules in plain English
  • Organized, client-service oriented, and comfortable owning matters with appropriate support
  • Litigation experience is a plus (but not required if your HOA/real estate background is strong)

Why You Will Love Working Here

Youll join a team that takes training seriously and invests in developing attorneys into true specialists. The work is a mix of advisory and dispute work, so your days stay varied and intellectually engaging.
