Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Location

On-site in Phoenix, Arizona, offering a professional office environment with daily collaboration, mentorship, and in-person learning.

Note

You must be an attorney licensed and in good standing with the Arizona Bar; this role is intentionally designed for newly barred or early-career attorneys.

Job Description

• Handle personal injury matters under the guidance of senior attorneys
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case status and next steps
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines
• Collaborate closely with the legal team to develop case strategies

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
• Newly licensed attorney or up to 2 years of directly relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
