About the Role
Our sophisticated downtown Pittsburgh law firm is seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed Associate Attorney. This is a foundational role in the success of our firm, and we take the hiring of our associates seriously. The ideal candidate has the drive to take an active role in our robust training program to ultimately be the owner of their practice and deliver exceptional results for clients. What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a caseload from intake to resolution across multiple practice areas under the supervision of the owner of the firm


• Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, advocating for them zealously, and advising them with honesty and empathy


• Develop and execute case strategies based on sound legal research and analysis


• Represent clients in court proceedings


• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff without unnecessary hierarchy


• Participate in marketing and networking opportunities that align with your practice goals

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience privately practicing litigation


• Pennsylvania law license 


• Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate
  


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Westlaw


• Strong communication skills — with clients, colleagues, and courts
  


• A tenacious advocate with a practical, solutions-focused approach and a positive attitude
