Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our Construction Law practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, with a focus on construction law matters. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to contribute to a collaborative team, work on challenging cases, and grow professionally within a thriving law firm.
Responsibilities:
Handle a diverse caseload of construction law matters, including contract disputes, construction defects, bid protests, and other related issues.
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and courtroom proceedings.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases.
Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends in construction law.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3-5 years

of experience practicing construction law.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently.
