Job Description
Summary Join its dynamic litigation team. The position focuses on defending Automobile, Premises Liability, and Labor Law matters. Ideal for attorneys with 2–10 years of litigation experience, this role offers an immediate path to case ownership, court appearances, and collaboration with seasoned litigators in a flexible hybrid setting. What You’ll Do Manage cases independently from intake to resolution Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda Handle depositions of fact and expert witnesses Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and trials Maintain active client communication and deliver case updates Collaborate with internal teams and clients on litigation strategy Experience You’ll Need JD from an ABA-accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar 2–10 years’ experience in civil litigation (Auto, Premises Liability, Labor Law preferred) Experience with dispositive motions, discovery, and depositions Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills Proactive, organized, and client-focused
