Job Description - Associate Attorney (Coverage Litigation)

Clausen Miller P.C. is seeking a highly qualified Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney to be based in the Firm’s Mission Viejo office. Exceptional candidates should have experience handling commercial, general and professional liability matters. Hold an active license to practice law in California and be a member in good standing with the state bar. Excellent writer with experience analyzing coverage and writing coverage opinions for insurers. Must have some coverage and litigation experience. Fully remote work schedule available. Salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000 per year.
