Associate Attorney (Default/Foreclosure Services)

Diaz Anselmo & Associates P.A. is a certified minority owned AV rated law firm and has provided legal services to the banking and mortgage industry, with an emphasis in Judicial State practice, for over 30 years.

The Firm concentrates on creditor’s rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and real estate transactions. Our practice serves Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio and Kentucky.

We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join the firm.  You will receive all the necessary training from our firm to succeed in your role within the Default/Foreclosure industry.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Review and sign documents and pleadings.


• Draft and execute documents and perform legal research


• Attend court hearings/matters for foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy departments.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• In Good Standing with the State of Illinois with current bar membership


• Experience in Default Services is a plus


• Ability to deal with legal issues in a practical and efficient manner.


• Exceptional oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills.


• Flexibility and willingness to work under pressure with tight deadlines.


• Attention to detail.


• Excellent analytical skills.
