Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role located in Roseland, NJ.
  


• Attorneys are entitled to work one day per week remotely if they choose.
  


• The attorney hired will be responsible for working on high-value personal injury, medical malpractice, and mass tort matters.
  


• The attorney will maintain their own caseload consisting of small to medium-sized cases while also assisting on larger matters.
  

• At least 2 years of litigation experience
  


• Strong legal research and writing skills, including drafting, Pleadings ,Legal briefs, Other legal documents
  


• Strong analytical, organizational, and case management abilities
  


• Effective communication and negotiation skills
  


• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
