Job Description
What you will be doing: Conduct analysis on various cases and legal issues. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, case status reports, and other documents. Assist in the preparation for trials and hearings; attend as needed. Maintain continuous and effective communication with counsel, clients, and courts. Experience you will need: Experience in defense litigation. Strong foundation in writing skills. Experience with discovery and motion practice. Ability to take depositions, attend hearings, and argue motions. Effective litigation skills.
