Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have at least 2+ years of direct experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and tax planning.

Job Description

  • Advise clients on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and wealth preservation strategies.
  • Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related planning documents.
  • Assist with tax-sensitive estate planning, asset protection, charitable giving, and business succession planning.
  • Guide fiduciaries through probate and trust administration matters.
  • Meet directly with clients and communicate complex legal and tax concepts in practical terms.
  • Support business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth families with customized planning solutions.
  • Represent clients in probate proceedings when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Contribute to practice growth through outstanding client relationships and professional networking.

Qualifications

  • Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
  • 2+ years of estate planning, probate, trust administration, tax planning, or closely related private client experience.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Client-focused mindset with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred.
  • Experience serving high-net-worth individuals and business owners preferred.
  • Experience with estate and gift tax matters is a plus.
