The Gasper Law Group is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our Family Law Division. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful cases, develop professionally with support and mentorship, and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping clients through some of life’s most challenging moments.
About the Role
As an Associate in our Family Law Division, you’ll take on a varied caseload that includes divorce, child custody, post-decree matters, guardianships, and adoptions. While training and guidance will be provided, you’ll be expected to manage your cases independently—from initial consultation through resolution or trial when needed.
Attorneys are not required to market for clients, but you’ll participate in initial consultations. Bonus compensation is available for successful new client engagements.
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado, or awaiting bar admission
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a caseload with independence
- Comfortable communicating with clients during high-stakes, emotional situations
- Prior experience is a plus but not required—new attorneys are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Expectations
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Minimum annual billable requirement: 1500 hours
- Additional bonuses tied to intake and firm-wide performance
