Associate Attorney - General Litigation

Duties include:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and issues
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Assist in negotiating settlements and agreements
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies

• Passed Arizona State Bar
• 2 or more years of litigation experience
• Admission to the Navajo Bar preferred but not required
