Associate Attorney - Hybrid

Talent Consultants is currently seeking a versatile and motivated Associate Attorney to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This position is ideal for legal professionals looking for flexibility while working on diverse legal matters. The Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to engage in various practice areas, including corporate law, litigation, and employment law. You will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting documents, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings. Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and settlement discussions..
• Manage and conduct court appearances and motion practice
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations on behalf of clients
• Assist in pre-trial preparation and support trial proceedings
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications and relationship management

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in California State Bar.
• 2+ years of legal experience in any practice area.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, splitting time between remote and in-office work.

• Competitive salary range of $130,000 to $200,000
