Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense

Our client, a new, fast growing, and leading Insurance Defense firm is looking for an Associate Attorney to join their team. This role focuses on SIU fraud investigations and requires strong litigation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance fraud cases from start to finish

• Take and defend depositions

• Argue motions in court

• Develop case strategies through detailed questioning

• Conduct SIU fraud investigations and build strong legal arguments

• 1-7 years of insurance defense litigation experience

• Strong analytical, listening, and questioning skills

• Ability to work independently and manage cases

• Comfortable litigating in court and handling complex cases

Additional Details:

In-office position

Salary: $85,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
