Associate Attorney (Insurance Defense and Family Law) #ESF3605

What you will be doing:

• Manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients.


• Develop agreements and negotiate contracts.


• Attend and facilitate mediation and settle claims.


• Advocate for clients in court.


• Build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience.


• Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys.


• Maintain client relationships.


• Prepare legal reports and documents.

Experience you will need:

• At least 1-3 years of litigation experience.


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


• JD from an accredited law school.


• License to practice law in Michigan.


• Strong communication, legal writing, legal research, and interpersonal skills.


• Strong legal knowledge.
