 Burlington, Vermont based Paul Frank + Collins seeks an enthusiastic entry-level to mid-level associate lawyer for our Intellectual Property (“IP”) and Business + Transactions practice groups. PF+C’s IP and business lawyers provide legal services to a diverse range of clients across a variety of industries and geographical footprints. We help our clients solve complex problems at all stages of the lives of their businesses, from formation through to transition of ownership. This associate will have opportunities to assist in other areas of the firm’s practice, including our commercial real estate and tax teams. Although not required, the ideal candidate would be a member of the patent bar or eligible to take the patent bar exam. We seek a stellar, motivated and flexible candidate to join our team supporting domestic clients and providing U.S. legal services to clients based in Canada and other countries.
