We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join a high -performing litigation team handling complex, high -value cases in California.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator looking for strong earning potential, courtroom exposure, and a clear path for long -term growth—without traditional billable hour pressure.

Position Overview

The Associate Attorney will manage and litigate a variety of complex matters while owning case strategy, client advocacy, and litigation execution from inception through resolution.

The ideal candidate brings strong litigation experience and thrives in a fast -paced, results -driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation & Case Strategy

• Manage and litigate high -value civil cases

• Develop and execute litigation strategy

• Handle matters from intake through settlement or trial

Courtroom & Litigation Practice

• Take and defend depositions

• Appear in court for hearings and proceedings

• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations

Case Management & Leadership

• Lead and coordinate support staff and case workflow

• Manage deadlines, filings, and litigation strategy execution

• Maintain proactive communication with clients and legal teams

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active California Bar license

• 3+ years of litigation experience

• Strong courtroom, deposition, and negotiation skills

• Ability to independently manage active caseloads

• Competitive, driven, and results -oriented mindset

Preferred Background

• Personal Injury litigation

• Medical Malpractice

• Criminal Defense

• High -exposure or complex litigation matters
