Employment Associate Attorney (Midlevel)

Cable Huston is seeking an attorney with 3–5 years of experience. This position includes a mix of general civil litigation and employment cases. 

Key Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience


• Experience in both state and federal courts, including responsibility for drafting pleadings, motions, e-discovery, depositions, and oral arguments
  


• Experience responding to state and federal administrative charges on behalf of employers


• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills


• Prior experience at a mid- to large-sized law firm preferred


• Oregon Bar admission required; Washington admission is a plus
