About the Position

We are seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our Westlake Village office. This is a full-time, in-office position, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, delivering high-quality legal solutions, and contributing meaningfully to a growing practice.

The ideal candidate is confident in handling real estate transactions, skilled in drafting and negotiations, and thrives in a professional yet approachable environment. This role offers both responsibility and support, allowing you to deepen your expertise while being part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and draft real estate contracts, leases, management services agreements, operating agreements, and partnership agreements
• Counsel escrow companies and other clients on governance, regulatory, licensing, and limited tax issues
• Represent clients in state regulatory compliance and licensing matters
• Draft real estate documents for both residential and commercial transactions
• Train clients on mitigation and risk management strategies
• Business development is not required but is supported and encouraged

• Licensed attorney with 3–5 years of relevant real estate law experience
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
• Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage matters independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable working in-office at our Westlake Village location
• Driven, detail-oriented, and business-minded, with a genuine interest in long-term growth

• Salary range: $150,000 to $170,000, commensurate with experience
