Associate Attorney - Real Estate/Title

Note: This position is a hybrid work schedule for the Santa Ana, CA office. Associates with fewer than 2 years of experience are required to be in office close to full time or full time.

Job Description

• Handle real estate and title litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision
• Oversee discovery processes, site inspections, depositions, expert retention, and expert discovery
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, and hearings
• Collaborate with team members to achieve client and firm goals
• Regular client communication and case updates

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of real estate/title experience
• Admission to the California Bar
• Some litigation skills, including case management and courtroom experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
