Associate Attorney - Trust & Estate

The Buffalo office of Lippes Mathias LLP is seeking a well-credentialed associate with 1-3 years of experience with trusts and estates. The successful candidate will work directly with partners and other associates on a variety of trust and estate planning, litigation & administration matters. Experience with contested and uncontested Surrogate’s Court proceedings a plus. 

Strong communication skills are required. Excellent academic credentials and analytical skills are also required.  The attorney selected for this position must be a self-starter and will have the opportunity for immediate, direct client contact.

Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York State. Other jurisdiction admissions would be welcomed but are not required.

Salary range depending on experience: $95,000-$115,000/year

The pay range provided in this listing is a good faith estimate for this position based on the location that we are hiring for. Criteria included but not limited to, skill level, education, and experience, will determine where a candidate falls within the range.
