Must be barred in CA. Must have 1+ years experience in Workers’ Comp (either plaintiff or defense side) in ANY role. Plaintiff side preferred. Litigation experience preferred
Open to new atty if they hit the right criteriaMust have CA bar license. Must have 0-2 years of experience working as an attorney. If no workers’ comp experience as an attorney, they must provide their academic transcript and it must be ‘good’, ie., top 25% of class generally, top 50% in a top law school, 3.3+ GPA, Dean’s List, Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, or Summa Cum Laude, CALI Awards. If they have 1+ years of experience in workers' comp on either defense or plaintiff side, submit.
If from a top 25% law school, you may submit without academic records
He is open to 0-2 year associates with strong academic records. Refer to JPC-280 for process on that.
