We are a national law firm whose practice is focused on financings for hospitals, affordable housing, clean water, airports and education facilities.

We have an immediate need for an transactional associate in our Ann Arbor, Michigan office.   Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in a transactional legal practice, be motivated self-starters with excellent communication skills, a commitment to ethics and excellence, and enjoy a fast-paced professional environment. Michigan bar admission, or pending bar admission on comity, is required.
