Hasbro is thrilled to hire an ABM in to the fast paced, competitive environment of Beyblade X product development!\n\nWe\u2019re looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join the global Beyblade X team. In this role, you will work at the center of product development. You will collaborate with Design, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Takara Tomy partners to turn ideas into products that reach shelves worldwide.\n\nThis is a high-visibility role with real ownership. We won\u2019t just observe launches, we\u2019ll drive them.\n\nWe\u0027re seeking someone who is motivated by fast product cycles, consumer trends, and seeing something you worked on hit the market, you\u2019ll thrive here.\n\nEffective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday \u2013 Thursday at Hasbro\u2019s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday \u2013Thursday at Hasbro\u2019s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro\u2019s temporary location in Boston, MA.\n\n## A Day in the life as an Associate Brand Manager: \n\nYou\u0027ll play a key role in bringing new Beyblade X products to life: This includes:\n\n * Driving select launches from concept approval through market release, working across global teams to move projects forward.\n * Using consumer and retail insights to influence product features, pricing, and positioning.\n * Partnering to author global go-to-market strategy, including messaging direction and creative briefs.\n * Working alongside Commercial teams to align launches with retailer needs and in-store execution.\n * Supervising product performance and recommending next moves to keep momentum strong.\n * Communicating recommendations and updates to brand leadership.\n\n\n\n## What You\u2019ll Gain:\n\n * Direct experience building a global product line.\n * Exposure to international partners and cross-functional leadership.\n * Hands-on involvement in innovation and launch strategy.\n * The opportunity to grow quickly in a brand-facing role with visible impact.\n\n\n\n## What You\u0027ll Bring:\n\n * A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n * 3 years experience through brand work, internships, campus leadership, analytics\n * Curiosity about consumer behavior and competitive trends.\n * Strong organization and follow-through.\n * Confidence working with multiple partners.\n * Proficient in analyzing data and translating it into clear recommendations.\n * Initiative, you look for ways to move work forward.\n\n\n\n## Why Beyblade X?\n\nYou\u2019ll join a brand built on competition, speed, and innovation \u2014 and a team that values ideas, ownership, and accountability. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions.
