Job Description - Associate - Class Action Litigation (mid-level)

Step Into High-Impact Class Action Litigation

Our AmLaw 100 client is seeking a mid-level associate to join its nationally ranked Complex Litigation + Advisement team. This group is trusted by major players across consumer products, pharmaceuticals, technology, and financial services to defend brand-defining matters.

Take Ownership of Complex Class Actions

You will take an active role in defending consumer class actions involving false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, and consumer protection statutes, including California’s Unfair Competition Law. The position offers involvement from strategy to execution—briefing class certification and summary judgment, drafting key filings, managing e-discovery, conducting depositions, and engaging in oral argument.

Bring the Right Experience

3–5 years of class action defense experience
Proven track record in briefing, depositions, and complex discovery
Strong case management skills and clear, persuasive communication
Active membership in the California or New York Bar
