What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Consult with existing customers to understand their needs and goals - Drive retention and achieve renewal targets by engaging customers during the renewal window - Upsell specific product lines and pass leads to sales executives for major products - Support in developing and executing territory growth strategies - Use technology such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Connect & Sell to maximize effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s Degree is preferred - Minimum 3 years direct client contact in either inside or outside sales - Highly organized with time management, strategic thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills - Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts - Working knowledge of consultative sales process, methods, and techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
