We're seeking future team member for our Associate, Client Processing II role located in Pittsburgh, PA. Hybrid work available. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Support cash disbursements, as part of a centralized operational team, from Investment Management and/or Banking accounts. Contribute to overall risk mitigation and protection of client assets. Work closely with client facing staff and other operational areas to provide superior service. Assist with researching cash disbursement matters. Processes account related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction. Answers inquiries and resolves problems or issues. Assesses needs and suggests/promotes alternative approaches to service models. Solves problems based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the systems utilized. May be responsible for allocating and checking work of support team members. May be responsible for specific supervisory review, training and approval actions. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3-5 years of total work experience is preferred. Experience in brokerage processing is preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business. At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
