We're seeking future team member for our Associate, Client Service I role, which is Remote - Based at Home. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Supporting transactions and processes relating to Wealth Management electronic banking and bankcard products. Examples of include but are not limited to: resetting user passwords, providing general deposit account information, ordering and maintaining bankcards, receiving and handling bankcard and online banking fraud, assisting with navigation and website usage, redirecting correspondence to other areas of BNY. Responding to and following up on emails from internal BNY partners. Including providing information regarding electronic banking products and reaching out to Clients based on requests from internal partners Understanding and applying government, firm-wide, Wealth Management and team-level fraud policies. Providing “white glove” service to Wealth Management Clients, which often extends beyond the immediate scope of the BNY product or service. Assisting Clients with accessing the website, logging in, understanding their account transactions, and general account support. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred. Customer-service experience and/or financial services preferred At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
