Job Description - Associate, Client Service II

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service II to join our Archer team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA- Hybrid. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Process Quality Control checks of New Accounts, Account Maintenance Transactions and Cash Flows to ensure accuracy prior to trading Manage multiple workflow queues throughout the day to ensure accounts are reviewed with 100% accuracy and traded within the established guidelines Responsible for performing routine consistency checks to mitigate risk and reduce errors Facilitate the identification of control risks throughout the operation. Collaborate with leaders across business areas in developing Control Assessments Conduct timely reviews of key operational control risks with senior managers. Oversee investigation and reporting of all major control risks, including root cause analysis and remedial action recommendations. Undertake deep dive reviews to provide assurance that processes across the firm are conducted in a controlled manner. Develop and prepare dashboards and operational risk reporting materials. Provide effective challenge with respect to first line procedures and practice and provide reporting and communication to senior leadership. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 3-5 years' experience in a control function, ideally at another asset manager or related financial services firm Ability to work in a dynamic environment including translation of complex concepts and issues into insights for senior leadership and non-technical audiences. Ability to influence positive change and cultivate relationships to accomplish goals. Strong analytical skills and an inquisitive mindset Strong organization skills and capability to manage multiple projects. Excellent written communication and presentation skills Experience working under tight timelines, producing accurate results, and mitigating risks. At BNY, our culture speaks for itself. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $56,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
