Recovery-Focused Behavioral Health Care in Sedro-Woolley, Washington


Make a Meaningful Impact—Every Shift


As an Associate Clinician at Telecare’s North Sound Evaluation & Treatment Center (E&T), you will play a critical role in supporting individuals experiencing acute behavioral health crises through compassionate, recovery-centered care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to help individuals stabilize, regain hope, and transition successfully to the next stage of recovery.


North Sound E&T is a secure inpatient behavioral health program serving adults with serious mental illness and complex psychiatric needs in Skagit County and surrounding communities. Our team utilizes trauma-informed care, evidence-based interventions, and Telecare’s Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS) to promote healing, dignity, and long-term recovery outcomes.


This role is fully on-site based on program operations and patient care needs.


Schedule Options


Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm


Compensation


Salaried | Starting pay: $80,168.40 – $88,447.23


Full pay range: Up to $105,279.78


Telecare applies geographic pay differentials. Compensation is based on location and relevant experience above minimum qualifications.


What You’ll Do



  • Provide direct mental health services to individuals and families in an acute inpatient behavioral health setting

  • Support treatment planning, rehabilitation, and discharge coordination

  • Collaborate closely with nurses, psychiatrists, social workers, peer support specialists, and leadership

  • Coordinate care with external partners, including:

    • County Behavioral Health Services

    • Hospitals and inpatient providers

    • Conservators and legal representatives

    • Housing and community support agencies

    • Crisis response systems and outpatient providers



  • Utilize Telecare’s Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS)

  • Deliver services using trauma-informed and “no-force-first” care principles

  • Support individuals in developing independence, coping skills, and successful community reintegration


What You Bring (Required)



  • Active, valid associate license in Washington State:

    • LMFTA

    • LSWA

    • LMHCA



  • Master’s Degree in Social Sciences

  • At least one (1) year of post-master’s direct service experience supporting individuals with mental illness

About Telecare North Sound E&T


Telecare’s North Sound Evaluation & Treatment Center provides short-term psychiatric evaluation, stabilization, and treatment services for adults experiencing acute behavioral health needs. Located in Sedro-Woolley, Washington, the program supports individuals requiring intensive behavioral health intervention in a structured, therapeutic environment.


Our interdisciplinary team provides 24/7 care focused on safety, stabilization, rehabilitation, and successful transition back into the community.
