F5, Inc. seeks Associate Consultant in Seattle, WA:

Job Duties:  Deliver labor associated with custom scoped Statements of Work to F5 customers and generate Statements of Work for future delivery. Provide technical responsibilities that may include, but are not limited to, problem identification, systems architecture definition, hardware/software specification, design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment. Maintain expert level proficiency of F5 products and technologies through self-directed and formal training. Demonstrate ability to become trusted advisor within customer environment so as to manage customer interaction and engagement, including documentation, follow-up as well as effectively lead and deliver technical workshops. Demonstrate control of engagement and develop customer confidence in F5’s ability to resolve critical issues in a timely and effective manner. Identify additional product/services opportunities within customer’s organization. Mentor other team members. Part-time telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from F5 offices in Seattle, WA.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field) or a related quantitative discipline and one (1) year of experience in the field of software engineering or one (1) year of experience in the job offered.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) AWS, Azure, or GCP; (2) Programming languages (Java, Python or similar); (3) Containers; (4) APIs; (5) Information Security; (6) Salesforce and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence); (7) Experience with one or more of the following technologies (Docker, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Git, Kubernetes); (8) Linux or Windows servers. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Part-time telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from F5 offices in Seattle, WA.
