Midlevel Corporate & Securities Associate | New York

Our AmLaw 100 client is adding a midlevel Corporate & Securities associate to its New York office. This team is known for advising public and private companies on high-stakes equity capital markets transactions, SEC compliance, and corporate governance matters across industries.

The Role

You'll step into a collaborative national practice handling public company reporting, securities offerings, and corporate governance issues. The work includes advising on '33 and '34 Act compliance, capital markets deals, and broader business counseling for growth-stage and mature companies.

Who You Are

You have 3–6 years of experience in a peer firm or in-house legal team, with a strong foundation in SEC reporting, capital markets, and governance matters. You’re looking to deepen your expertise in public company work while contributing to a high-performing but supportive team.
