What You’ll Actually Do

• Guide public companies through SEC reporting and compliance
  

• Work on capital markets transactions that make headlines
  

• Advise on corporate governance for high-growth and established businesses

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of solid experience in securities or corporate law
  

• A JD from a top-tier law school and bar membership in good standing
  

• Strong drafting skills and the confidence to take the lead when it counts
