WHO YOU ARE: 

We are looking for someone who has worked with and understands data analysis using SQL. You will be an excellent customer service person as well.   

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

-Complete detailed data quality reviews on many types of data to identify any outliers or anomalies in the data  

-Perform high-level data investigations  

-Track and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding issue identification and resolution  

-Assist in documentation of customer and company processes 

WHAT YOU’LL HAVE: 

-2+ years of experience in an IT role (or college-level credits) requiring business or data analysis 

-Experience reading or writing SQL or a similar language 

-Experience or familiarity with healthcare claims (beneficial)
