Associate/General Dentist Full-Time | Associate-to-Partner Track

A thriving private dental practice in the Winston-Salem, NC area is seeking a General Dentist to join their team full-time. This is a prime opportunity to step into a well-run office with a loyal adult patient base, experienced support staff, and a pathway to future ownership or partnership for the right candidate.

About the Role
As the primary general dentist in the practice, you'll be supported by two hygienists, two dental assistants, and front office staff. You'll manage a wide range of procedures and enjoy clinical autonomy while benefiting from a streamlined schedule and steady patient flow. The practice also employs a pediatric dentist onsite occasionally, though your role will focus solely on adult and teen patients.

Compensation & Perks

• Guaranteed base salary, starting around $200,000 annually, paid monthly negotiable based on experience
• 33% adjusted production bonus whichever is higher (base or production), paid monthly

Schedule & Practice Setup

• MondayThursday: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM 1:00 PM

• 4 operatories: 2 doctor ops + 2 hygiene ops

• Digital, paperless office environment

• Typically working independently with strong team support

What We're Looking For

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program

• Active or eligible dental license in North Carolina

• Comfortable working autonomously

• Strong chairside manner and a commitment to quality care

• Interest in future partnership (not required, but welcomed)
