What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services focused on preventive and restorative care
• Diagnose and treat oral conditions using clinical and radiographic evaluations
• Build trust and rapport through excellent communication and education
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and Office Managers to support high-quality patient experiences
• Uphold OSHA, dental board, and Riccobene clinical standards
• Participate in daily huddles and contribute to a positive team culture
• Support training and mentorship of clinical staff as needed

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active (or eligible) North Carolina dental license
• Valid DEA license, malpractice insurance, and current CPR certification
• Proficiency in restorative dentistry, Invisalign, simple/surgical extractions, and non-molar endo
• 2+ years of experience preferred (strong new grads welcome to apply)
