POSITION SUMMARY
Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is excited to welcome new dental graduates to join our team as Associate Dentists. This position offers a supportive environment for recent graduates to develop their clinical skills while providing high-quality dental care to our patients. The Associate Dentist will work closely with experienced dentists and office staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes and foster a positive office culture.
JOB DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS
Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative procedures under supervision and mentorship as needed.
Adhere to all office protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain quality and safety standards.
Conduct thorough clinical and radiographic examinations to identify dental conditions and implement appropriate treatment plans.
Educate patients on preventive oral care and hygiene practices.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including diagnosis and coding.
Participate actively in daily office huddles, team meetings, and ongoing training opportunities.
Collaborate with the office team to support positive culture and achieve performance goals.
Comply with OSHA and regulatory guidelines to ensure patient and staff safety.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position is ideal for recent dental school graduates seeking to gain professional experience in a supportive group practice setting. Candidates must be dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and eager to learn and grow within the Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry team.
Educational and Licensing Requirements
Graduated from an accredited dental school with a DDS or DMD degree.
Valid state dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Malpractice insurance as required by state regulations.
Current CPR Certification.
Skills and Abilities

Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop clinical proficiency.
