• Ownership percentage in the practice is a potential long-term goal.
  
• Partnership opportunities are available, with multiple levels for consideration.
  
• Options for an associate-only track if preferred.
  
• Transition or selling discussions can be explored based on mutual interest.
  

Requirements

• Possession of a growth mindset, strong ethics, and integrity.
  
  
• Ability to work without a mentor in a single-provider practice setting.
  
  
• Patient-centric approach with the ability to serve a diverse demographic.
  
  
• PPO/Cash patient base, no HMO or Medicare.
  
  
• Bread and butter dental skills, with the ability to perform endo, extractions, and implants being ideal but not required.
  

Benefits

• Negotiable daily guarantee for the first 90 days, approximately $600-$800.
  
• After the guarantee period, a competitive compensation structure of 30% production.
