The Associate Director, Behavioral Health and Wellness provides direct patient care while serving in a key leadership capacity to support departmental operations. Approximately 80 percent of this role is devoted to direct clinical practice, including psychotherapy, assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. The remaining 20 percent includes administrative and supervisory responsibilities in support of site-specific behavioral health leadership
This position functions as the second-in-command for the department and will step in for site-specific behavioral health leadership as needed to ensure seamless operations. The Associate Director supports the health center, with some travel being required to meet departmental and organizational needs. The Associate Director ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health services that align with professional standards and organizational values. This position serves patients and clients and reports directly to site-specific behavioral health leadership

Salary:
Starting at $85,000/annually (Depending on Experience)
