Job Description - Associate Director, Global TTR Marketing
Lead global market development strategy for hATTR-PN to prepare the market for nucresiran entry, including campaign concepting, market research, and development of global assets Develop a compelling and differentiated global narrative and messaging that reflects customer needs and beliefs and remains resilient to evolving market conditions Translate global strategy into clear and actionable messaging frameworks and toolkits that enable consistent and effective local market activation Collaborate closely with the AMVUTTRA Global Brand Team to align nucresiran strategy with overall TTR franchise priorities and incorporate portfolio learnings into launch planning Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Competitive Intelligence, Clinical Research, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Legal, and regional marketing teams as an active member of the Nucresiran Global Brand Team to ensure aligned and compliant pre-launch planning Shape key opinion leader engagement and congress strategy with a focus on neurology and hATTR-PN to support executive engagements and disease education Work with cross-functional partners to integrate commercial and customer insights into the Integrated Evidence Plan early and proactively Contribute to cross-functional diagnostic innovation workstreams to support earlier and more accurate patient identification Collaborate with market research and analytics teams to monitor market dynamics and generate actionable insights, and provide strategic guidance at both global and regional levels as needed to maximize launch readiness and impact BS or BA degree, preferably in science or business, with a minimum of seven years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry At least five years of experience in marketing and/or brand launch planning, including experience with in-line brand management in competitive therapeutic areas Global product launch experience within an established therapeutic-area franchise, including portfolio positioning and lifecycle coordination, strongly preferred Experience working across global and regional teams to align strategy and execution within a matrixed organization Ability to adapt quickly to changes in clinical data, competitive dynamics, and market conditions Strong collaboration skills and comfort operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from planning through execution Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience managing external agencies and vendors
